We have been involved in many sales, purchases and lettings of Sporting Properties and Sporting Rights in recent years. This work has given us an extremely detailed knowledge of the market place. We have built up a good reference of comparable property values and from this, we are able to undertake valuations on a wide range of properties, for many purposes including, Family Succession Planning, Tax or Dispute Resolution.
