JM Osborne Rural & Sporting provides rural consultancy advice to Property and Estate Owners.

Our team has a wealth of experience in the rural and small business sector. As such we are able to offer clients objective and independent advice on a wide range of issues. The experience that our team has can be used to compliment an existing Estate team. We often provide sporting advice to our clients in-house Estate Management teams and build productive, long term working relationships with them. Our aim is to aid better decision making, resulting in greater efficiency and a more profitable and effective business.

We probably have more knowledge gained from our hands-on experience than any other Surveying or Land Agency firm. This enables us to approach each problem in an experienced and cost effective way.

Our Professional Consultancy team have the experience to go into an existing rural leisure business to accurately assess what is wrong and to offer practical ways of how to put it right. We are profit-orientated (unlike many Consultants) and well used to investigating poorly performing businesses to re-focus them, concentrating on maximising profitability. We can also advise on start-ups. Is the location right, the business plan sound or how can it all be improved? We firmly believe that money spent at this stage will be the money best spent. We can also advise on marketing and recruitment.
